Honestly, for a number of reasons, victory never seemed out of reach here. Few of them were poor candidate selection by opposition parties and a strong position that NDA alliance was in, particularly in the first few phases of the election. Getting to manage a brand as huge as Chirag Paswan was a great learning opportunity for the team. A major challenge we faced was working with a Karyakarta base not exactly as elaborate or trained as the BJP. It gave us an opportunity to shoulder most of the responsibilities of grassroots level campaign execution via our own workforce. The deliverables included screening and appointing Booth Level Agents, giving individual targets, identifying local issues, and addressing them alongside providing branding & communication briefs.
Result: Tripled his victory margin from 2014 to 2,41,049 votes
